Janayitri Foundation is a non-profit organization incorporated to perform charitable activities to benefit public by offering relief for poor, distressed or underserved, and those with educational affiliations and enhance society by offering social services. Janayitri is derived from Sanskrit language, which as a word means (Mother), another name for the divine power of care and love. If derived further, Jana means “People” and Yatri means “Friendly”, meaning Janayitri is people friendly, an apt name for organization that help those people in need. Janayitri is an independent volunteer-run organization with NO affiliations to any Government, Political or Religious entities. The advancement of education for economically needy. The relief of those in need either due to poverty, ill-health, disability or any other disadvantage.
